Very Impressed!I have to say I'm very impressed with the product and the overall experience! I have been going to salons my whole life, but due to this pandemic I couldn't so I decided to try eSalon. I have very dark hair, almost black, and have been dyeing them red for around ten years. So, as you can imagine, I was a bit worried of having to go lighter by myself at home (we've all seen the videos). The order part, with the survey and everything, was very easy to use. I clearly stated the color I wanted to achieve and the one I was starting from. The package arrived in less than a week with absolutely everything I needed. They sent me two colors (the second one was free, yay!) one for the roots and one for the ends. Everything went smoothly with the application and the final result was gorgeous!! My hair was even much much softer than before I dyed them (which was a concern of mine): again, I am really really impressed. Love, love, loveThe stylist did a great job getting me the color I really wanted for a color touch up. I like that you send a picture to help them w the match. The process was easy. I didn’t think I could get the back thorough enough so my husband did have to help out. Maybe some people can do it by themselves, but I feel like it’s a 2 person job for beginners . Fabulous grey coverMy hair dye arrived within a week and although it was a darker brown than I expected it was actually better than the colour I normally choose anyway. I have dyed my hair at home before and it was just as easy as the hair dyes I have bought in the past, but I didn't have to queue up at the shop to buy it. The grey coverage is perfect. I have probably around 70% grey and although I dyed my hair about 3 weeks ago now, it's still grey-free. And obviously a lot cheaper than going to a salon. Oh, and I liked the smell. Got it rightI was so nervous to color my own hair and the first batch came out a little too red for my liking but after giving feedback the second round of color was spot on.
