Exceeded ExpectationsI have long, thick hair and it is turning gray fast. I normally use an entire box for root touch up and two boxes for entire head. When I ordered eSalon, it was time for a full head application. Not only did they send enough to do my entire head thoroughly, I was able to do the last step with what I had left in the bottle. The product feels great going on, thick and creamy. The smell is good and no harsh fumes. No watery eyes from the bleach. I was surprised when I rinsed and dried my hair the roots and ends were the same color. Gray roots dyed are sometimes darker but never the same color as the length for me, so I was pleased. Reliable Quality Hair ColourOnce again, I am very happy with my personalised hair colouring kit from esalon. Clear instructions & lots of extra little touches, such as skin protection cream & colour removal wipe. The finished effect is multitonal & shiny. Awesome!!First kit I got I did not like the way my roots turned out. A very light red. So I contacted eSalon and they changed the Color for the second one. That was spot on!!
