Great and easy color!My color is fantastic. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I have now used this product three times. The first time the color was too light and I worked with their colorist to get closer to what I wanted. We made small changes and by the third application it was perfect. Great ProductI normally go to a salon once a month. With all that is going on these days, the salon is no longer an option. This product matches exactly to salon products of the past. Consistent colorI've been coloring my hair at home for years using different manufactures and I disliked the "let's see what color it is this time surprise!". I've used esalon twice and so far I'm happy with the results. Not too dark & no brassiness. Girlfriends unsolicited complimented me on color.
