Love it!!It’s so easy to message your hair colorist about what adjustments you’d like to get done to your hair dye. I also love the convenience of having my bottles shipped to me every two weeks. The product itself is nicely packaged and the hair dye doesn’t have a heavy chemical smell like the ones I’ve used before. Extremely impressedHave been going to salon and spending $150 every six weeks for many, many years. When my salon closed during the COVID-19 pandemic a friend recommended eSalon..after horrible boxed drug store do it myself coloring I ordered my first set. The color came out amazing! I loved it and got immediate compliments.. covered all my gray something even my expensive salon color couldn’t do.. well here l am six weeks into my first eSalon hair experience and guess what STILL NO GRAY! Unbelievable! This is unreal. I just received my new box, beautifully packaged and I don’t even need it! My color is still beautiful and my hair hasn’t looked or felt better in 20 years. I’m absolutely jazzed about NOT spending half a day in a salon chair and even more jazzed about saving all that money!! Love!I love the color of my hair. I will keep using it and recommend it to my friends. I’ve used it only once and had difficulty coloring my gray. But esalon is working with me to perfect this. You cannot get this kind of help buying over the counter color at the drug store. Second attempt! Eureka! eSalon adjusted my order for me because the first color did not totally cover my gray. I colored my hair last night. It is PERFECT! Thank you eSalon. What ever adjustment you made, has made me very very happy. Happy tears!I've been at home colouring for ages, and it has gone terribly wrong. I came across eSalon while doing a search of how to save hair and I am SO happy I did. I LOVE LOVE the colour and for the first time in literally a year it is all the same colour! My roots and ends match! It has been so long since I looked in the mirror and felt good about my hair... my entire family noticed and commented on how great it looks. Colour was spot onI have never coloured my own hair but with lock down I gave in as I had grey hair I asked my hairdresser who is a friend and she advised me what my colour was as I was not going to order a box of colour and gamble ! So got in touch with esalon and ordered as my details and photo sent. It all arrived and hubby had the job of colouring ! It was exactly the same colour he blended the roots as best as he could and you would never have known it was home done. I am so pleased I am just about to place another order and I don’t know if I am going to pay all that much again to the hairdresser. I am so pleased as I am working and I was relieved I have not botched my colour. Five stars for service and the personal touch packing. Unübertroffen!!!!Nie zuvor waren meine Haare so gut gepflegt und schimmerten und strahlten, wie mit der speziell auf mich zugeschnittenen Farbe. Ich liebe sie und warte immer schon sehnsüchtig auf die nächste Lieferung mit der Farbe und den unschlagbar guten Pflegeprodukten.
