The package arrived beautifully and the instructions were clear and neat. I love interacting with my colourist, Aileen, to pick out the best colour for me. She is very educated and informative. Really helped me with the entire process. Customer service is AMAZING. Solange, in particular, works fast and is a wonderful, caring person. She made this entire experience so easy and I will only be purchasing my hair dye from this company because of these lovely people :) Thank you so much Solange and Aileen.

The package had everything I needed to cover the gray. I had to follow the instructions and have patience. After I waited for 15mins and then wash my hair. All I said was why didn't I do this long time ago. Thank you!

I have used E-Salon for the past 4 months. Each time I was satisfied. This time round i was even happier as E-Salon managed to blend in the colour to my new colour in my haur and looks great. Very pleased.

I love the hair color that was tailored for me! The best hair color i have ever tried outside the salon! I also noticed that it covers my hairline grays!! And the color last longer and my hair looks healthier!!
