Good coverageI called in after my first box and asked for a little more coverage. Not only was the color adjusted but so were the instructions, which reminded me that i needed to start off with my hairline where my grays were and then the rest of my hair. nice, vibrant color but turned to be very dark on my hairMy hair looks almost black but the gold afternote brings warmness to it, especially in the sun. Thanks goodness. I still like it a lot. Perfect in every way!I could not be happier that I found eSalon. My custom color is beautiful and perfect in every way! It covered my stubborn greys (white) without any problem. I'm a customer for life! Wouldn't even consider buying from anywhere else. My colorist is amazing and her customer service skills are excellent. SO much better than box hair color!I was really impressed with the organization of the kit, with the amount of tools and little product packets, and with how specific the instructions were. Box hair color that you get at the grocery store basically has instructions that are about as descriptive as "put color on hair". The online videos were extremely helpful in making sure that I got every single bit of my roots covered. The color turned out very pretty and consistent, but a tiny bit warmer than I was looking for. The color has a lot of dimension to it and is very glossy. My eyes and lungs weren't burning while it was on my head, like most permanent color, and my hair feels very healthy and soft. I have been looking for a "middle ground" between a $10 box of color that damages my hair and looks one-dimensional or spending $80 at a salon every three weeks (my hair grows crazy fast). Great kitFirst time I got this for £9 and couldn’t believe how much you got for your money. Didn’t quite like the colour so I contacted esalon and they mixed me another colour for free and sent it out. Nothing like a box dye at all, this stuff is brilliant. No hot roots just beautifully blended hair which felt in such good condition after dying.
