I love how easy it is to make changes to my color and I haven't been disappointed yet! The instructions are easy to follow and the final product is wonderful!

I was a little skeptical to try to do a color match online but I liked the personal nature of the information provided. The first time came out a bit dark for my preference and I was going to move on but I thought I’d give eSalon a second try and revised the shade and I couldn’t be happier! Perfect, natural looking, soft - you read my mind. I highly recommend eSalon!

I am amazed how good the color came out! And it’s lasting! Natural and believable. Never going back to the Box! I have a colorist now. Easy to order, easy to change your shade. Easy to communicate with the Colorist. I cannot wait until my next refresher!

I have no idea how many emails went back and forth before this order, but my colorist and I communicated so much and it was worth it. The color came out right! It's a little darker than I expected for a medium blonde, but since it's demi-permanent, it is lightening up a bit. I'm always happy with the helpfulness of the color team and the quality of this color is fantastic! I'm definitely an e-Salon fan!!!

My color turned out great, Nice and shiny too! My colorist recommended a slightly different color than I ordered and it turned out to be perfect. Will continue to use eSalon for my hair coloring needs!
