I love my color!It was not as hard to apply as I thought it might be, and I got great coverage and color. I was worried there might not be enough color, as I have very thick hair, but there was plenty with even a little left at the end. Repeat customerGreat results, comparable to salon or better for a fraction of the price; love the fact that there is no unpleasant smell. Two sets of gloves was a bonus feature. Website is easy to use and manage account. Only complaint would be that management products (shampoo, conditioner, serums) are pricey. Wrong colorMy hair came out way darker than the color I chose. I wanted a pretty copper color and I chose "7.43 Golden Copper" and it came out like a deep red auburn completely different than the color I chose. My hair is SO dark and not what I asked for. *Editing to add that I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service and aside from receiving a different color, I really enjoy this company.
