I loved it!The formula didn't hurt my scalp. The instruction were easy to follow. The end results were a little darker than expected, but it will fade away by the first washes. It didn't leave my hair looking dry or brittle. It has a mild smell, didn't hurt my eyes while applying it. I received the product by mail super fast!
