Love my colorI love the fact that it doesn't drip and that it's very easy to apply. However, it, I find that the color doesn't seem to cover the gray very well, and it fades. Leaving my hair looking ashy when the gray starts peeking through. My hair is down to my waist, so it looks like it washes out and fades. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Damaged bottle with leakage even though the shipping box looked fineUsually I am very satisfied but this month one of the bottles leaked and I had red/ brown color all over the other products and I was worried that it would change the way the color worked. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Better than I thought.When choosing the colour I wanted from the pallet, I had my reservations. This was down to the colour my monitor was displaying and sometimes the real life version in front of the eyes can be quite different. But this colour was exactly as I imagined. The instructions were extremely user friendly and the top expert tips really help set the colour off great! The one drawback for me I found was my hair took a good few days to get back to its glossy look as the dye seemed a bit harsh to the hair. Love my color!I love my color. I've been using esalon for several months now, and I've been thrilled with my hair results each month. My reason for four stars instead of five is the shipping price...in my opinion, you might be able to retain loyal customers better if free shipping was offered for customers who have a subscription for their color. Even with the few dollars off, the price is just a little steep for me. Very easy to use & thoroughly explainedI LOVED the color & the ease of ordering and quality of the product and tools. The only thing I was bummed about was how quickly my grays came through.
