I love the color and the ease of it all. I do wish it came with a disposable shower cap to put on while waiting for time to be up.

I think the color lasts much longer than a typical box of color. The color is just a bit too dark...

Great Color but residue is awlful

Like others have posted, rinsing the color is difficult as your hair tends to matte together in a slippery wad with this hair color. I ordered your shampoo and conditioner and still have the same results no matter what shampoo I'm using. I've used Esalon hair color off and on since 2014. Something has changed with this product --- I never noticed this problem previously.

I really enjoyed the product at the beginning because it was not Leaking at all BUT my scalp is itching and my hair extremely dry and flat. So, I am not sure to order again!

Ends and roots do not match

My ends and roots are 2 different colors. It's been 12 days since I colored my hair and you can barely tell that I did anything to it. My Ends are extremely dry now.
