Great resultsExcellent coverage albeit a bit messy. The smell is what really gets you when you're washing the color out of your hair but I think the color came out exactly as pictured. Perfect for busy peopleI like just about everything about this service. The color is terrific, it lasts, and I like the kit that comes every time. What I don’t like is all the packaging. If there was a way to opt in for less packaging and just reuse the bottle and/or bowl rather than getting all the plastic each delivery, then I would rate 5 stars. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. 1st time n loved itLoved the way it turned out, and loved the detailed box with everything in it. I stopped the next auto order luckily. Why would I color my hair again in 3 weeks??? I didnt know I was on "auto color". I didn't sign up for another box in 3 weeks. That was so wrong, that I might find another online color place. But I love the color. beautiful color!I really love the color, it's brilliant, and has a very natural effect. The shipment basically got lost, so it arrived much later than I expected.
