Great colour & contentsI really liked the colour. I also really liked the smell of the conditioner which is a plus but the condition of hair afterwards didn't feel as nice as previous box dyes i've used. I would like to continue but feel for the price and considering i have long thick hair i would want/need two lots of the colour everytime not just the first time 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. 10 stars for my colorist Nicole!After my 3rd order still had me feeling very disappointed and discouraged I didn't know if I was going to attempt a fourth. Since my previous color ending in results that made me live in pony tails because I hated the color so much that really had me second-guessing ordering from Esalon again. but I decided to give them one more try and was most recently had Nicole assist me and she nailed it! She actually seem to take the time to read what I wrote about what I was looking for and what I did not like about my current color and came up with such a pretty chocolate brown that I couldn't be happier with! Loving everything about my color! The only thing I'm not super happy about is the fact that it still seems to be fading fairly quickly even with me following instructions and aftercare tips to a t. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
