Amazing color!Always had my hair colored & hilighted by a professional salon. I was so nervous doing my own coloring - worried about losing my highlights & maybe the color for my roots would be too dark. Well, I must say the color from eSalon is perfect! And, they are very generous with all the enclosed products in the box. Also, my hair not only feels full of body, it smells terrific, as well. Had difficulty with separating hair - I have very long hair, very fine, and a lot of it, so separating the head into a quadrant was not only difficult for me, but troublesome in taking small amounts to color - esp. the back of my head. I can see one small area on the crown of my head that I missed coloring. However, with more experience, I think I’ll do a much better job. ESalon’s products are so fantastic, incl. their customer service, that I’m sure I won’t be going back to my salon. I loved itI loved the packaging and the attention to detail. It was very well thought out. I was impressed. My husband laughed at me because he bought a store dye for his hair and said overpaid. Everything that I needed was included and my hair came out looking very natural compared to my husbands hahaha. Very impressed. Great product.I really love this color. I’m a brunette with straight should length hair, I have about 30 % of grays and all other brands I have tried in the past don’t cover gray much and makes my hair brassy and fades quickly. Love, love esalon!I am a new customer and during these times of social distancing, this could not be a more ingenious concept! But, more importantly, the quality of the products and customer service are beyond expectations. Prior to placing an order, you get to fill out a detailed profile about you and your hair and your desired results. They even encourage you to send a picture of yourself and current hairstyle, color, etc. The esalon colorists will work with you one on one to obtain the results you want. Love my new hair color!Tried esalon due to the pandemic. I have gone to the same salon for 30 years and my hairdresser was making my hair far too light and ashy for my liking despite my requests to go darker and With a more golden blonde color. He said it was not possible without turning my hair orange. I finally had a brave moment and placed an order through esalon. My teenage daughter applied it and I am in love! For a fraction of the cost, I finally have the natural golden blonde color I wanted with much less damage. Wish I did this year's ago.
