Best Hair Color Ever!I love the color that was developed for me. I asked for a darker color and they suggested a more natural lighter color and I really love it. I could have just changed it back to the color I originally ordered but wanted to try this specially picked color from them and I'm glad to have done so. I love that it's in the mail and email updates to when I wanted another according to my chosen schedule. My hair is healthy and no complaints on dry ends or not enough for long hair because there was plenty of product for my long hair. Just needed to make sure to have clips for your hair ahead of time so you can follow the instructions to section off hair. I'm so glad I found this product and have suggested it to a friend recently. Professional colorFor the colorist never having actually seen my hair it was a great color. I chose a color from the menu and sent in a picture. The colorist then reviewed my color choice and suggested I start with a slightly lighter color. I am glad she did the color is perfect.
