eSalon is Fantastic!!My colour comes out perfect every single time! I have had to vary colour slightly at times but, each time it comes out great. The product is very easy to use and the directions walk you through step by step. Prior to using eSalon I had never colored my own hair. I’ve always paid for the best colourists and stylists and let me tell you, I was paying $100’s of dollars more 💸 than what I pay for eSalon. In 2009 I was in a car accident and my symptoms gradually got worse and the the thought of sitting in a salon chair for hours, was not an option anymore. So I thought I would try giving eSalon a try and I am so happy I did. Now I can colour my hair from the comfort of my own home and save $$$. So easy!!I am so glad I made this purchase months ago. I have such a hard time with box dyes and cannot afford $400 salon visits. Love my colorI have always used permanent color, but when I talked with a esalon colorists she thought I should try a demi permanent so I don’t get the line where my gray is. Great permanent colorIf you have grey hairs, this is a great color that lasts longer than any color from a box at the store to even at a salon, that I have found. ( Some of the grey's did come back around 8 weeks but when I used other colors ALL of my grey's came back within like 2 weeks). Hope this helps. And the customer service is great in my experience, I needed to change my color (I went too dark) and it was simple and easy to change it and the lady even explained instructions on how to fix it when I did get my new color. :) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
