2nd bad color set receivedThe first few orders I received were wonderful but the last three were off. There was a double set I received sometime back and the 2nd set didn't have any color of brown in that set. I figured it was a mistake, it happens. This last set was very bad like it was an old or a bad batch. I mixed the color & developer together as usual, waited 30min, and when I went back to the bottle it had explored all over my sink and floor. I'm discontinuing from ordering from you. This was the 2nd time the color didn't cover my gray strands. The cost is reasonable but too expensive if each set I receive I have to hope it will be a good set once I receive it. At first Yay, then....At first the color was beautiful and vibrant! I was amazed and in love with my new color. Wash after wash though red dye continued to wash out my hair (No I do not wash everyday) Now My hair has brown roots (normal), red (the dye), and the bleached blonde (middle to end of my hair). IF U HAVE LONG HAIR DONT BUY!!I have LONG HAIR and I told them I NEEDED more than one bottle but just received one bottle!! I still haven't been able to use this hair dye, so it was such a WASTE of my time! Even when they asked me to send them a picture. I had to cut my hair to start newProduct is too rich in ammonia. In my opinion this product is perhaps too strong to be handle at home and I doubt to be handle in a hair salon. After two times that I used it, Ian’s reading all the reviews, the product left my hair all a dry and burned looking. I had to go to a profesional to cut it very short. I want to warn people who is using it. Does not cover your roots entirely either even if choose I darker tone on your roots. Frankly speaking they should remove this item from the market. The advertisement keeps popping out for me to get one free after the purchase of 10. Well, if I would have done that I would had probably would had lost all my hair by now. Depressing experience. I will take this formula to an expert and see if there is someone I could go to escalate this matter and see what happens. In the meantime I will keep cutting it short and wait a few years to regrow.
