Great Color!I was very apprehensive about coloring my own hair, but I couldn't be happier after using the custom color. It was exactly the color that I wanted. Easier than I thought!The instructions and kit were clear and thoughtfully laid out. The quality of color is perfect- covered my grey and the amount was just perfect to pull through to ends with my length of hair. Love it!I love this so much! It is such an amazing company. Everything comes packaged so nicely, personalized and clearly labeled. I love, love ,love it and will for sure keep ordering. The dye was a beautiful color. I didn’t order hair clips the first time and if you don’t have them don’t make the same mistake! Order the hair clips. Pleasantly surprised!For the first time ever, I took the plunge to color my roots. The process was super easy and being able to upload photos of my hair helped ease my worries. The directions are very simple, very clear and the whole experience was better than I expected. I think I’m hooked!I tried eSalon for the first time during the COVID-19 quarantine. I typically go to the salon every 3 weeks for root touch-ups as I am VERY gray. I went through the color analysis online and selected what I thought was “my color”. Thank goodness I uploaded pictures as upon review, my eColorist suggested a lighter shade for me, which has turned out to PERFECT! I couldn’t be happier with this process or the color team here at eSalon. Not to mention the savings - - even after having to tip my daughter who assisted me :) I will say that while the color was on my head processing, it looked VERY dark (almost black)...and I was a bit nervous. First Date With e salon Hair ColoringMy very first experience with e salon has been even better than I expected! Everything, beginning with the profile questions, the ordering, the instructions and application, all the way to the finished look, was excellent! My colorist, Stefanie, was absolutely “spot on” with the color I was trying to achieve—and coverage of grey has been wonderful as well!
