Loved the color!I have not dyed my own hair in years and was very nervous about doing it on my own. The box and instructions were perfect! It took me some time and I have very long hair, so I did get dye on my arms and was not the cleanest person doing this. The dye came out of my arms in a day. First Time PurchaseI have never attempted to color my hair before. With my salon being closed and my hair in desperate need of a color lift I gave eSalon a try and so thankful I did. The process for creating MY color was following simple instructions on line. I was pleasantly surprised when my color arrived within a week. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Very professionalI was truly amazed by the packaging and product information having been a hair stylist and salon owner . I searched different companies and felt that this company offered the best product for I’ve never colored my own hair ! They didn’t just sent you product , they have a professional person to help you make the right choices.
