Unhappy with my colorI have blonde hair and have tried many of the retail permanent hair colors for blondes and I seem to always get a red tint to my color. The same thing has happened with my trial order. totally wrong colourRead great things about this company. First order dyed my hair a totally different colour, not at all the colour I ordered. Not at all impressed. Extremely hard to wash out!!!!!!!!!!!!!This product is extremely hard to wash out. Had to wash my hair three times and condition it three times before most of the product was out. Not GoodI bought March 2, 2017. Waited until today to color my hair. Was excited. Did as the instructions told me. I have grey and some lighter areas that are hard to cover. Washed out the color. Seemed very rough textured and kind of dry. Did the conditioner. Hate it. My roots are brassy tone and not an even color throughout. Good color but.....The color turned out to be better than I thought. I was a little nervous when I saw copper listed in the blend. I was looking for a light brown not red. It is a little reddish, especially in the sun but that's ok. My problem is the smell. Very strong peroxide/ammonia smell. I wasn't lightening my hair so there shouldn't have been any bleach in it. Wrong colorI really wanted this to work. The packaging was nice, the product was easy to mix and apply. Unfortunately, it was great on the roots but it got on the end of my hair which is now a light gray color. It was supposed to be a blonde. :( I'm going to contact the company to see what can be done.
