Disappointed....This is the third time I've colored my hair with the eSalon product and I still am not even close to the color I wanted. I've always had blonde hair whether it be natural, highlighted, or colored. However, the color from eSalon is more red than blonde. They say they've adjusted the color for me each time but it turns out the same each time. I like the product because it is easy to do but I'm very frustrated that I cannot get the color I want. Not what I asked forVanessa is my colorist and I asked specifically for a color that I used last year at this time and she completely disregarded my request and gave me some stupid response like I have never colored my hair before and I haven't used esalon before. I have been using this for over a year now but this will be my last. I feel like because I didn't reorder the highlights she is responding in such a petty manner. Not enough red.I will start by saying that I do love the shampoo and conditioner that comes with the dye!! However, this last order that I received has turned out to be a bit of a disappointment for me. My hair color is more brown than I like. The first kit that I received had the "top coat?" And that seemed to make my hair a brighter red. That is more along the color that I am looking for. Wanted to love it!The hot roots were killer. I went back to Umberto when my sweet husband sweetly told me that the top of my head was a bright light orange color in the sun. Not a good look.
