Not GoodThis was supposed to be cool dark blond, but it came out a strange gold color. As it faded out over one week, it looked progressively worse. I followed the directions exactly. Doesn't color roots wellI love the color that you made for me. I just wish it would have colored my roots. My roots are completely White but it is a course White. I did as your instructions said but after I washed my hair even the first time I could see the white Roots the second time I washed my hair it was like I didn't even color my roots I'm very disappointed this is expensive and supposed to be best hair color. I have had box colors last longer at from Walmart. Not responsiveI’ve emailed my feedback on the color and how It lifted my roots resulting in lighter roots and darker ends. I’ve emailed twice, they provided me with an account credit but my colorists hasn’t adjusted my color and the second order also provided me with the same results.
