Did my color change?This last batch looks different from the previous batches. All I needed to do was a root touch up and noticed the color is different than the previous batches I have received. I really like the previous batches because it showed less red. Now, the redness is back. It was noticeable when I blow dried my hair. The red was very noticeable. The color has a purple overtoneHello After speaking with your representative I thought she understood what I wanted the color I ordered was dark Auburn and what I got was a brown/black with purple overtones. From what I can remember none of the photos sent show me with brown/black hair. This is my natural color but not what I wanted, it should have been Dark Auburn with reddish overtones. To me this is what it is and in speaking with your rep I thought I conveyed this. I've suspended till May with a possibility of cancellation. Oddly enough the store bought kinds have always given me the right color but don't stay as long. I was given a good recommendation from Terlyn Nowell love her color. What happened to mine? The texture of the product is greasy and rubberyI cannot get the product to rinse out of my hair even after several shampoos. It feels like a rubber texture on my hands and there is a leftover film on my hair. Very Upset and UnHappyAfter receiving my order I was so excited to color my hair. But the end results wouldn't make me feel the same. My roots turned orange yet the rest of my hair would remain the brown it was before. I am in tears thinking about the results.
