It was okLet me expand...I have always, the last few times loved the custom color created for me, but this time it came out very red and with no lightning of my hair so it seemed. Wrong color/ Great customer ServiceAlthough I wasn't 100% happy with the way my hair color turned out (I was trying to fix my roots from looking too brassy from a previous dye job) I was very pleased with their customer service. Still the same thing as other product that I got from any storeIt no difference from the color I bought from any other store. It still cannot cover the gray hair on the edge of my face and forehead. Overall I like, and would recommend the product...just a couple of things.The consistency of the color makes it hard to get all hair covered. I find I sometimes miss little areas. I don't usually have this problem. Also, my last color didn't grab the hair as well. The color was quite a bit lighter at the root compared to the rest of my hair.
