Color faded in a weekOver all I was very disappointed. Thecolor was great however within a week it was already starting to fade and by the end of week two I couldnt wait to pick up a box of color at the store & redo it. Initially I was happyWhen I first tried the product I was happy. It came in a cute little box with gloves and everything you need to dye your hair. Then the next month came and I got the same product in the cute little box but for almost $30. $30 is more than I want to spend for hair dye. It's not a great deal anymore. Leaves hair oilyI am not sure if it's the shampoo or the color, but I have to wash my hair with my own shampoo to get the oily and goopy feeling out of my hair. The first time I colored, I thought it was the conditioner. I didn't use the conditioner the second time and my hair still turned out horrible feeling. The color is good and lasts as expected. I just can't figure out how to make my hair feel clean after coloring without rewashing it. Also, don't get this in your eyes when washing it out. It pretty much blinds you until you can get lots of clear water in your eyes to flush it out. For optimal results in removing any residue, we recommend focusing on the Rinse Through Your Ends step after the timer goes off, in which you massage the leftover color into your hair from root to tip until it feels creamy before you rinse. Our experts advise that you can minimize discomfort in the shower by closing your eyes and tipping backwards until the color feels thoroughly rinsed.
