I really want to know how to get this dark color out.We were getting to the light copper color I wanted till the last mix. My hair is a dark auburn not at all what I wanted. Burned scalp, smell is horrid!My head is still itching and just not the same. The smell was unbelievably strong. I only had a couple greys and covered them up for about 2 weeks maybe. Colour was fine, and easy to apply. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Couldn't get color rightThree strikes. I tried three times and I was careful to explain each time what I was looking for. Natural medium brown hair with a natural reddish tint. I end up with purple, bright copper or my latest look, Ronald McDonald Red. I am not a happy camper. A 40 year old does not want to walk around with drastic bright unnatural looking hair!!!! Brown color, requested blondeThis was the second attempt I made at ordering a blonde color to touch up my roots. I was again sent a brown color that made my roots darker than what I wanted. I'm a Scandinavian blonde so maybe I didn't make that clear and described my color as dark blonde or something. Regardless, after the 2nd time of trying the color, I had to go back to a professional salon and spend several hundred dollars to get it fixed.
