so soThe first 2 formulas they sent were not at all the shade I requested and hoped for. Finally, I like this 3rd color. However, my motivation to try eSalon was the promise that it was better for my hair. After 3 months and 3 colorings, I really don't see that it's any better than when I used the over the counter versions. Don't stay!¡!I give to this product like 2 or 3 opportunities and don't work the gray hair coming out in one week, the color start fade in the same time and look really ugly. I asked for the color to have more Auburn tint - without looking Raspberry RedI asked for the color to have a more Auburn tint - without looking Raspberry Red. Well it was not Raspberry red but I saw very little Auburn tint. I am also unhappy about the section of root hair color (about an inch or inch and 1/2) that seems to come out visibly in less than a week. In this last coloring, I even left it in the root section about 5 mins longer than the instructions and still the root section is not the same color as the rest of my hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
