Too dark!I was pleased with the initial all over color results, but the root refresher is too dark. I followed the instructions exactly for two separate root applications 5 weeks apart & received the same results, a very noticeable difference in color. It looks as if I have really dark roots growing out. I have messaged esalon with my concerns. I'll give them one more shot if the formula is changed & then I'm done. It's not what I expected.I colored my hair Sunday and washed it today. It's so red/brassy and I didn't get very good coverage this time. I was going to re-wet my hair and use the tinted love but I didn't have enough time this morning.
