Good product but...When I decided to buy your product I expect that my hair color will be similar as the color I choose in your page. But I have the same color that I had before use your product. Really I was hoping that my hair was lighter and redish. color doesn't lastI love the color and how it makes my hair soft , but it does nt last. I m disappointed in that. Film on HairIt felt like there was a thick film on my hair, which made it look like I hadn't washed it in a long time. I had to wash my hair 4 times to get rid of the heavy oily look. This feeling is most likely caused by residual color still coating your hair and/or scalp.To remove this coating, we suggest using a clarifying shampoo. LOVE the Color but hair is a bit dryThe color is fabulous. The only issue is that after doing the roots and waiitng and then doing the all over, rinse per directions with extra etc. my hair is in bad condition until I buy another product to make it better. Need a better conditioner or perhaps more than one application after color. Will keep using until I find a better product but the dryness is really frustrating, and I have to invest in other products whereas at the salon my hair comes out so shiny and soft even right after color. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
