Can they not read?I have under lying yellow skin tone. I asked for no red in my hair color makes me look yellow and hair color turns out brassy. No improvements1 The last hair color I received still gave my hair the red tint I am trying to get away from so it did not correct that problem. 2 it didn't cover the grays they just turned a little light golden so were still very noticeable compared to rest of hair. HorribleThis was the worst experience I ever had with coloring my hair. the stuff did not seem like a hair colour but a paint. After applying it sticked to my hair like a sticky paint that was very hard to get rid off. the shampoo provided in the pack did not help at all. I was panicking and thought I might have to cut my hair. Had to apply my own shampoo at least 5/6 times to get rid off the paint. my shower was full of a thick layered black water that was difficult to clean later on. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. We apologize that your hair color left your hair with a thick residue. his feeling is most likely caused by residual color still coating your hair and/or scalp.To remove this coating, we suggest using a clarifying shampoo. We recommend Purify and Replenish Deep Cleanse Shampoo from TRESemme, available online or in your local discount store. This deep cleansing color-safe shampoo is specifically formulated to cleanse any unwanted residue from your hair, leaving it feeling fresh and clean.To avoid this from happening in the future, we recommend massaging the color at your scalp prior to rinsing. This will help loosen residual color and prevent staining on the scalp. Again, we are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience. |

Didn't work at allI was so excited for my new color and when I was all finished and followed directions perfectly my hair didn't change at all!!
