totally diappointedI had just colored my hair before receiving my first order. So I finally tried it last night. It was so much work, messy, and now I have stains on my shower walls. Then when I dried my hair, I have a 2 toned head. Major red in my hair. (only buy color that has natural in the name). too dark. Then to top it off, did not cover white stubborn hairs at ears (that is main reason I tried this). Since they shipped me a second one before I could even test the first one. I am stuck with it. No better than the brand I buy at the drugstore . . .The color wasn't any different than the color I buy at the drugstore. I didn't find any difference in the two products except that my hair did not come out as soft and shiny as when I use the boxed color from the store and that color costs less. I can't say there's anything wrong with the eSalon product, I'm just not as impressed as I thought I'd be. Will not cover grey hairsI've tried now 3x to use your product and it still does not successfully cover my grey hairs. I have been told in the past that unfortunately my greys may be color resistant and for this reason I think I will discontinue unless a stronger formula can be provided. A little disapointed!I received a product back in January and put it on my hair, it was a lovely vibrant colour. I found that it was not as shiny, nor did it stay as well as my salon job. We just applied the new one and my daughter pout it on last night. There is o way that this was the same shade as my last product, or what I ordered. My hair was dark brown. I do not see any red in it at all! I am not happy with the product this time and will not purchase again unless you make amends and send the same product that I received last time. I would also like explanation as to why the product is different? If your product is not going to be consistent then it will not suit me to purchase.
