Custom Hair ColorThis product was sent to correct a mistake that happened, after following the instructions. my roots were still hot, but not as bad as it was before the color. Did not like this productI was very disappointed in the product. Firstly the color was terrible. I had chosen the lightest blond which was the color of my hair and what I ended up with was a 'muddy' blond. Hopefully it will fade after a few washings. I felt the entire color procedure was too difficult. I had been using Loreal Mousse color which is very easy to use compared to this product. Fading colorIt hasn't been 2 weeks and the color is fading already on my roots. You did a color and time adjustment. I followed precisely. Was pleased how it turned out. its ok. However excellent on covering the whitesI love the results in that it does good job in covering white hairs. I however do not like that it doesnt last as long as some of the cheap ones I used to buy at the stores which lasted 3 month. I wish to keep my hair colored as long as I remain uncomfortable with having white hair. But I do not want to be coloring it every month nor every 2 month as thats not healthy for the hair. I have it to where I color my hair every 3 month but the coloring only been lasting one month at the roots very highly disappointing. I have to wear a hat until my next kit somes in. But summer weather is here and I do not wish to wear a hat on hot weathers. Also I changed the coloring to have my hair lighter than usual but I see no diffrence. I'm only doing my roots and wanted to try it on my roots first before I pay for a whole head and be disappointed that it didnt work out. So I did and was not delighted on the coloring. Its good coloring but not the color I was anticipating. I will lower the color once more see how it works and I will let you know how it came out.
