I was not happy.I followed the instructions to the letter and when I finished there was a distinct color differrence between the out grow and the rest of my hair. I wanted it to blend the colors. Unfortunately it's all hoax in nice packagingReally had high hopes for eSalon colours and it made me believe that paint will be adjusted according to my specifications and packaging made me believe it's true. And the webpage makes you feel like they know what they are doing... But after dying my hair - getting bright ginger instead of neutral blond I asked - I have to come to conclusions nobody has read my specifications or notes. Not what I wantedI have been holding my April box for several months choosing to take a break from coloring. Finally broke as the summer months have lightened my hair, expecting this color to be a light/apricot is red, especially since I have had several adjustments made to make the color lighter and because I understand that you can just lighten dark hair without bleach that is in part why I stopped coloring for several months. Now I fish I had taken a before picture, I am a naturally redhead, some would say strawberry blond, which is back to where I was prior to coloring yesterday.
