consistent color but fades quicklyThe color is great and looks the same each time I color my hair--but, it doesn't act like a permanent shade. It fades to a mousey brown after 2 weeks or less. I was using semi-permanent shades before going to esalon, and I may go back since there's no color advantage to staying with this group. Also, buying color locally is a lot cheaper! Good color - bad smellI liked my first color treatment but was frankly scared to try again, because it had such a heavy ammoniac smell when I applied to my whole head of hair. Also felt the instructions were misleading as to application on my roots. Going to do it my own way next time and see if I get a better result.
