If they didn't turn my hair orange...this would be a great optionLove the idea of my color custom and delivered! Initially, my color was ok, but overtime became brassy. When I asked that they adjust it to remove the brass and make it more of a brown with caramel, I got a VERY dark brown...I am very fair so, it was very harsh. I requested they lighten it up a shade, and received the adjusted color...what I ended up with was ORANGE HAIR!
