Not to happyMy top head/root area didn't get to well. And my hair faded right away by the second week. My hair looked dull not shinny. Not happyMy colour turned out very dark once again, even after expressing how bright I wanted the end result to be! Not only that, my roots and my ends were two different colours and I had little to no gray coverage. Extremely unsatisfied! Didn't color well AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!I was very, very disappointed with this color kit. I was hoping that this would be a good product, but I was wrong. I wish that I could include pictures of my hair right after I colored it, or rather, used the product. It is horrible!!!!!!!! Didn't color my grey, just tinted it a little. I can buy medium brown anywhereThe color that was sent was the same color that can be purchased in any drugstore for half the price. The smell is extremely off putting and my scalp went numb (honestly, first time that has ever happened). That being said, the color covers gray well. Not for me, I'm allergicI was finally able to use the custom hair color. I did a skin test before applying and it was fine, but once it penetrated for a longer period, I broke out in a rash around my face and neck the next day which last for 5 days. Didn't cover grey!Used esalon while my hair stylist was on maternity leave. Great instructions, easy to follow. My color turned out ok but it didn't do a very good job covering my grey, which was my main concern.
