Custom Hair ColorI really liked this product at the beginning but last time I used it I had a problem. After coloring my hair, I rinsed as directed and used the shampoo and conditioner. The whole right side of my hair was coated with thick, sticky, waxy goop. It would NOT rinse out; I had to re-shampoo my hair. I was actually afraid that it wouldn't come out at all. This feeling is most likely caused by residual color still coating your hair and/or scalp.To remove this coating, we suggest using a clarifying shampoo. We recommend Purify and Replenish Deep Cleanse Shampoo from TRESemme, available online or in your local discount store. This deep cleansing color-safe shampoo is specifically formulated to cleanse any unwanted residue from your hair, leaving it feeling fresh and clean.To avoid this from happening in the future, we recommend massaging the color at your scalp prior to rinsing. Hard to wash out...Every time I color my hair using this product, I have to rinse repeatedly to get all of the product out. If I don't, my hair dries feeling like straw. Also, my color fades fairly quickly. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
