Pretty much my same colorI sent in two pics and a pretty clear description of what I wanted (brighter and warmer/redder), but the the color I got is barely different from my natural color. Not for meMy hair has become very dry from the hair color treatment. I'm cutting my hair and going back to my hairdresser for color and a deep moisturizing and conditioning treatment.. Not what it used to beWhen I first started using this hair color, I was thrilled with the product. It was a 2 step process then and worked better than any color I'd ever used. Step 2 was a wonderful serum-like liquid that made my hair soft and glossy. The gray was covered for 8 weeks. Without notice, the step 2 glosser was no longer included with the hair color but available if you paid extra for it. Also, unfortunately, my gray didn't stay covered for any more than 3 weeks. For the root coverage, your hair may now be growing faster or, as your hair continues to turn gray, may be becoming more resistant to color. eSalon is prepared to adjust for these types of changes if they need to be made.
