Color and cost....The color wasn't as expected and the grey didn't cover completely. My bigger concern it the increased cost. Color not holding and hair is dullThe product was really great in the beginning, it lasted and my hair remained shiny. However, the past few shipments seem to not have the same quality. The color is not lasting. The hair in my part is turning a dull dark red just a week or two after the application. SO UNHAPPYI have been using eSalon for a few years and loved the fact that it is delivered right to my door. The color which was suppose to be a Golden Mahogany turned out to be a reddish color . I used it and when I tried to change my color I was informed that no they could not do it. But even with that said, I still continued to use the product. My big problem was last August 2015 I received my shipment and put the color on , followed directions as usual. The next thing I know my hair is falling out in clumps. I always had long thick hair, but not anymore. The last shipment sent to me sits in my closet.
