I think my request was either not clear or misunderstoodPlease cancel my membership. The color was much too red. It was as if my request was ignored. If anything, my hair was lighter and redder not darker and less red. Please cancel my membership. I am not interested in receiving any more shipments. I just read the guarantee. Not what I was expectingUnfortunately, I am not satisfied at all with my purchase. The color didn't last any longer than what I was purchasing in the store....roots started to show through again within 2 weeks. In rare cases, one can develop sensitivity to hair color over time. This is why eSalon recommends performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Instructions for the skin allergy test are included in our Product Safety & Usage guide with every hair color order. When you initially informed us of your reaction and dissatisfaction regarding your color, a representative refunded you in April for your last order. |
Presentation is wonderfulMy grey hair was covered very well even 8wks. later but I guess since my hair hasn't been colored or no chemicals for at least 8yrs it makes it difficult to take to the product.
