Not what it used to beWhen I first started using this hair color, I was thrilled with the product. It was a 2 step process then and worked better than any color I'd ever used. Step 2 was a wonderful serum-like liquid that made my hair soft and glossy. The gray was covered for 8 weeks. Without notice, the step 2 glosser was no longer included with the hair color but available if you paid extra for it. Also, unfortunately, my gray didn't stay covered for any more than 3 weeks. uneven coloringIn my order I told them that my hair was resistant to color so I assumed that they took that into consideration when making my formula and instructions.
