First time--so soI was very optimistic about trying the hair color. I couldn't afford to pay my normal 200$ for my hair stylist so I thought I would give it a try. The packaging is amazing. Everything comes specifically labeled, and the instructions are incredibly detailed. I followed the instructions as said, and could not wait to blow dry to see the results. I am very disappointed. My roots hardly changed color, and the color itself is very dull. It does not look like I really colored except that it is a shade darker. I have had better results with the color mask and tinted love I ordered before. I was hoping for that glossy color that I usually get, but I didn't receive that. NOT FOR MEI was so excited to try my new color until I actually did. I ordered the lilac & light brown and my hair came out darker than I had wanted with a red hue. There was no lilac to be found. Now I am stuck going to my hairdresser and spending over a $100 to have my hair lightened. Love the color but not even a month later it's goneI absolutely love how the color came out it was amazing and exactly what I wanted. However, not even a month later and the color is gone. Custom ColourI tried this followed the instructions with a lot of difficulty. You need to be a professional or have a friend to help. I have grey hairs at the temples which I find hard to cover. Didn't lighten as it should haveI was excited to order customized hair color for my dark brown locks. Most hair coloring will not even slightly lighten my hair without having to apply bleach beforehand. It's my natural color. What's the point?I came to e-salon to lighten my hair for the summer. After sending pictures and having many back-and-forths with the colorist, this was as light as she felt we could go. Well guess what? After spending $$$ and time to apply this color not to mention exposing myself to harsh chemicals, guess what? MY HAIR WAS EXACTLY THE SAME.
