Different from the ones I got before......it came out a at least two shades darker (supposed to be a 4 and it was more like a 2), the red wasn't noticeable and it faded quickly. Not covering all tha grey hairI have thick hair and last time I had to leave the product more time as recommended because, after the time still you can see the grey hair. I won't be doing this againI was very specific with what color I wanted and the problems that I had with salon colors in the past (my hair takes color fast and deep and the copper color I wanted turns out burgundy when I get it professionally colored). The first time I had the same problem, so I reported it and asked for a reformulation. The second shipment, my color is EXACTLY the same as the first one. I can see no change at all and I am not happy with the color at all. I don't color all that often to keep my hair healthy, so I will be spending 4 month with a color I hate. Weird residue left on my hair.I love the color. But after using the shampoo and conditioner that came with it, I have a waxy, greasy residue left on parts of my hair. I have tried to wash it off with my own shampoo and conditioner and it won't budge. Great Product! Colour? Not so much.First off, the product itself is wonderful. Very well packaged, great instructions...easy to use. My hair looks healthy and shiny after using this product. However, my interpretation of "medium blonde" and eSalon's interpretation of "medium blonde" are quite different, so beware of choosing a colour.
