Not sure how to proceedThis application did lighten my roots but I still have gray hairs that did not get covered. And I think I prefer all over coverage instead of just root application. Not just right on color yetI think I might need to go two shades lighter. This seem to be dark. I know this was the first shade you sent me and it was the prefect color on the first go, but the second one was darker. When I applied the last time, it still is a little to dark for my complexion.
