The color was fine but something was in the bottleMy hair was greasy for a week and took several washes to get it out. I am not sure what was in the color, shampoo, or conditioner but my hair was so greasy, knotty, easily broken, and unmanageable. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

It would seem that the bottle leaked inside of the box..Do i have enough to dye my hair?.. will it not take ? .. I would also like to give "zero" stars for not having weekend support other than " email" ..now i am left to my own devices..i needed to do my hair as i just had a haircut..and it now looks obvious that i need to do my hair.. ..so i will give it a try..hoping it doesn't make my hair fall out or worse yet..and yes...it can be worse than that...if half the dye takes or turns orange...again..having the " support" that you mention on the weekends would have been a great help and i would have given this rating more stars .. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Hair colorThere was an uncomfortable burning sensation on my scalp when I applied the product. It didn't do permanent damage but it's not something I want on my head again. Not even close to the color chosenInstead of turing out to be dark brown with a violet tint my hair looks just dull black. First time--so soI was very optimistic about trying the hair color. I couldn't afford to pay my normal 200$ for my hair stylist so I thought I would give it a try. The packaging is amazing. Everything comes specifically labeled, and the instructions are incredibly detailed. I followed the instructions as said, and could not wait to blow dry to see the results. I am very disappointed. My roots hardly changed color, and the color itself is very dull. It does not look like I really colored except that it is a shade darker. I have had better results with the color mask and tinted love I ordered before. I was hoping for that glossy color that I usually get, but I didn't receive that. NOT FOR MEI was so excited to try my new color until I actually did. I ordered the lilac & light brown and my hair came out darker than I had wanted with a red hue. There was no lilac to be found. Now I am stuck going to my hairdresser and spending over a $100 to have my hair lightened. Love the color but not even a month later it's goneI absolutely love how the color came out it was amazing and exactly what I wanted. However, not even a month later and the color is gone.
