1st time member opinionPleased with the cs via email. Did not notice any change to my color like I wanted/requested. It did cover roots & grey well, however color dramatically faded in a week even using color treated shampoo, etc. Modified 2nd color & hope that it works out and doesn't fade..That being said, CS replied in a timely manner & adjusted my color. Great packaging & received it shortly after receiving my shipment email notification.. I only gave 2 star ratings, simply because of how quick color faded and no difference in my color that I wanted.. However, pleased so far with everytging else & willing to give it a go again..The packaging, I give it a 5star.. Personalized, & love all contents inside. Especially the info on instructions & how they tell you on a graph how much color tones that are added in your bottle..I have really long hair & had decent amount of color left in bottle, which is impressive cuz when I bought "box" colors, I would have to buy 2 boxes, spending double the money in order to be able to dye my whole head.. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Too Brassy!!!This color had far too much brassiness and there was not enough color in the order to do my full head properly...My hair was naturally curly, medium thick and halfway down my back when I placed this very 1st order in August 2014...I have not colored my hair since this order and have hair cut to a "right over the shoulder" length...The color sent originally to me was TOO brassy...I needed a "Neutral" Light Brown...I had severe unrelated medical issues (2 Strokes) and therefore could not contact the company for a replacement at that time...I spent 1 year and a half in therapy to recover from the strokes...I would be willing to try this eSalon Color program again, the the right "Neutral" Light Brown, but am not going to pay for another failed color....If the right color works, I will gladly leave a 5 star positive feedback... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
