COLORI want RED hair, I have expressed I want RED hair! instead I have dark, almost black with very little hints of RED. Only can see in extreme bright light! So far I am not happy at all. The first color I got wasn't much different. On the second order I spoke to them on the phone....... guess they didn't understand. I want to go from my natural med brown to RED. poor quality hair colori was very unsatified i nused it for the first time and it was like i poured a bottle pof babyoil on my hair it was so greasy it was rediculous im will not order any further orders not sure what is in it but absolutely awful i am giving it a very poor review and i don't normally say anything but i could not stand by have that happen to someone else i even told my girlfriend to send hers back which i referred her to try it like me wrong suggestion!!!!!!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. colorI have tried for over a year to get my color right. I am not a satisfied customer at this point. At one point you made my hair so dark I Had to go have it professionally lightened. Send new pics and starting over explaining over, and over, and over. Less brown more RED. I AM A RED HEAD. brown to copper. To much copper then red. THEN IM ORANGE. well guess what. I have to have it corrected professionally again. I give up. I don't know what to say. You did have it right a few times. But if I asked for change it didn't work. Sorry. Not satisfied. If you look back and see how many times I wasn't satisfied and gave you a chance over and over. I guess the guarantee doesn't apply all the time. Will I try you again. I really don't know. Not enough colorThe color I got was lighter than the picture I provided & came out much redder than expected. Also, there wasn't enough gloss color to cover the length of my hair (I have very long hair). My color turned to be blackI am very disappointed with this coloring experience, I asked dark brown and I event explained in the that I was looking for a chocolate brown and my hair turned out all black, I have never had this color and I would have to spend a lot of money to have a color specialist at a salon to fix the color, and aside from all the chemical exposure which is not good for my health and my chronic fatigue disease. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
