Color didn't turn out rightThey sent me the "blue black" color (which is what I wanted), but it turned out just black. When I was dying my hair, I could see the blue tint in the dye....but literally after washing and drying, my hair turned out to be just a soft black with absolutely no hint of blue. I was disappointed because I followed the instructions word for word. It's still a nice color, but not entirely what I wanted. Very poor qualityVery poor. Dont Hate it...just very poor quality. By following directions to the letter...15 minutes on the roots....10 minutes on the rest...use left over color to lather up and rinse. Just alrightUnfortunately, although the color was supposed to have Ash tones and minimize red and orange, it faded to an unattractive reddish color at the hairline. Although that may be because that's where most of my gray is, I had been using Preference by L'Oreal in Dark Ash Brown for years and I never had that type of fading.
