DissatisfiedMy last hair color order I requested a change to a bronze/red color. It was really very burgundy and not what I wanted. I would like to upload a photo of the color, but o don't see this as an option. The color is finally looking better after several weeks, but I think it should look good from the start. Custom Hair ColorI have used many products my self and also had my hair professionally done. This was the first time the product completely dried my hair out. It felt so dry and nasty. This feeling is most likely caused by residual color still coating your hair and/or scalp.To avoid this from happening in the future, we recommend massaging the color at your scalp prior to rinsing. Not happyThe dye did not suit my hair and 2 weeks ago I asked you to cancel any further orders, If any arrive I will not pay, sorry, yet again you are sending out to me another dye, I asked you to cancel it last month but you still sent it, I used it and once again the product did not suit my hair it made my hair feel like it was covered in lard and I rinsed it thoroughly and shampood and conditioned it as well, it felt so awful I had to shampoo it again twice to get rid ofvthe lardy effect on ex I receive it I will send it straight back to you Linda sutton 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. My poor hair!The packaging is beautiful and I love the personalization aspect. Unfortunately, this product dried my hair out so bad that I've had to do two Opalex treatments and my hair still isn't back to normal moisture. Color wasnt quite what I feel I describedI love the idea of this, I was really excited to try it. I think though that either I am bad at describing what I want, or they just were not able to make it in a bottle. I want a vibrant copper red- similar to what my natural hair color was as a child. I even included a picture of my 4 year old son, as he has my hair color (well before I got old and it all faded). The color I received was more blondish, dull and faded in like 6 days.
