Sadly not working.I have not managed to get across to the colour specialist what I wanted, this now the 2nd time its has gone wrong, I have got a colour that is so dark my hair is like Katy Perry's. I wished for a soft light brown colour with a touch of copper, I will have to wait and try to fade this awful colour that has no resemblance to what I ordered, it doesn't suit skin tone and it has made me so unhappy I just want to cry, as I was wishing for so much more of this product and won't be using it again. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
